Our fleet of vehicles
The latest generation machinery operates within the plant:
- Bystronic BTL 3015 fiber laser cutting system – ideal for cutting flat sheets, operational 24/7;
- Adige BLM LC5 fiber laser-tube combination – equipped with an automatic loading and unloading system, perfect for cutting metal tubes and special profiles.
A new, state-of-the-art laser system will soon be operational, allowing us to further expand our production capacity and offer even higher performance.
Beyond laser cutting
In addition to the fiber laser department, TecnoFutura is equipped to offer complete and integrated processes:
- CNC punching with Rainer and Euromac machines;
- Bending and panel bender with eight hydraulic benders and two Salvagnini panel benders;
- TIG and MIG welding, plasma and spot welding;
- Shearing with F.lli Farina and Femas centers;
- Processing of rolled copper and aluminium bars;
- Powder coating with chain system (pieces up to 1500x3000x400 mm);
