TECNO FUTURA, cutting-edge mechanical processing

In our factory, we have a modern laser cutting machine BYSTRONIC BTL 3015 and a combined fibre laser tube cutting machine Adige BLM LC5 with loading/unloading system, able to work 24 hours a day, processing sheets of iron (thicknesses from 0.5 to 15 mm), stainless steel (thicknesses from 0.5 to 12 mm), aluminium (thicknesses from 1 to 5 mm), copper (thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 6 mm) and sendzimir sheets (thicknesses from 1 to 3 mm) in sizes 1500x3000, 1250x2500, 1000x2000.

For punching operations, we have a RAINER CNC 2500 punching machine and a EUROMAC punching machine, equipped with countless dies, that allow us to process iron, stainless steel, brass, copper and sendzimir sheets. We also have eight hydraulic bending machines with a wide range of blades and dies, which allow us to perform various types of bending on all kinds of materials. To enhance the bending department, we have two Salvagnini panel benders. There are also other departments in the factory, such as the tooling department (automatic and CNC jigsaws, drills, milling machine and lathe), welding (T.I.G. and M.I.G. welding machines, plasma cutting and tackers), with eight employees, and shearing (F.lli Farina 1500x3000 shearing machine and FEMAS manual shear I=3000).

In addition to sheet processing, we also process laminated copper and aluminium bars. On request and according to customer specifications, we carry out galvanising and tin-plating surface treatments at our trusted suppliers' premises, with whom we have established a long-standing partnership.

In 2009, we added to our factory a modern powder coating plant to satisfy all customer requirements. This is a chain plant where the maximum size of the piece to be painted can be up to 1500x3000x400 mm.

Inside our building dedicated to the mechanical assembly line, we have a POLYURETHANE FOAMING MACHINE capable of foaming panels up to a maximum size of 2000x1000x90 mm.
